The solution we were looking for

We needed a software that would allow us to manage our business from A to Z, meaning, from the creation of a customer’s file to the final invoicing. It was very important, in order to optimize our company’s management, that everything was in one place.

How went the integration of the software within your company?

The integration was done in several phases. For employees working in the office, the implementation was fairly straightforward.

Employees working on site were more reluctant at first and were less interested in the solution. We had to take into consideration everyone’s ability to learn. But overall, it went well too.

What has been the positive impact for your business?

For us it is definitely the time we now save that is the most striking.

Since software has been implemented, we need fewer employees in our offices, as the software easily replaces the work that an employee can do.

Our productivity has also increased a lot, which brings us significant monetary gains.

What would you say to companies that are reluctant to obtain Minute Management?

For a company that already uses a software and is reluctant to make the transition to Minute Management, there is really no need to be afraid. There will be a period of adaptation, trial and error, but in the end, you’ll have positive outcomes.
